“The Gremlins” alliance went from two to one in last night’s episode of ‘Big Brother Canada’ as Rachelle was evicted in a 3-0 vote and sent to the jury house to join Arlie and Allison.

“I saw it coming. They told me that I was going home because I was the bigger threat,” said Rachelle. “Sabrina is my best friend in the house and it was very hard to campaign against her. I didn’t expect to go in to this house and make a best friend.”

After Adel won HOH earlier in the week and nominated Rachelle and Sabrina (aka “The Gremlins”) for eviction, the houseguests saddled up for a STAMPede POV challenge where Neda won. This POV earned Neda a secret strategy session in the War Room with season one winner Jillian MacLaughlin and her beau, fan-favourite Emmett Blois. Neda chose not to use the POV and the house unanimously voted out the 20-year-old from Edmonton, Alberta.

With five houseguests left, each competition matters more than ever as this episode’s cliff-hanger HOH competition paves the way for the strongest alliance to claim their spot in the finale airing Thursday, May 8 at 9pm ET on Slice.

On next week’s Big Brother Canada Side Show, Big Brother US winner, alumni, and mastermind, Rachel Reilly, joins the panel to dish on this season’s twists. Rachel will share her predictions on who can claim this year’s grand prize of $100,000, a $25,000 gift card to The Brick, and a $10,000 trip of a lifetime courtesy of Twistos.
